Facial guasha advice
1)scrape softly for each acupoint for 20-30 times as the face cuticle is weak.Mainly for massage 2)Clean the scrape part with warm tower and wash it with warm water 30 minutes later 
3)Keep warm as our pore is often after scraping.Put face serum when our skin back to normal temperature 
4)Drink more warm water after scraping
